    What a stupid campaign.

    If people are going to intentionally commit RTOs then the only way to stop them is through enforcement. If the problem is ignorance then education is needed. Enforcement can not be achieved through tv advertisements. Education possibly can.

    I agree that graphic portrayals of RTAs achieve nothing though. They're pretty disturbing for victims too.
