Why does my comp freeze

    Hi ladies and lads sorry to bother you dont know even if it belongs in this forum but I have a problem with my laptop any time I click onto a link via another website and the computer just freezes.Just wondering what I could do to sort this out?Any information greatly recieved thanks.

    Sounds like spyware, of virus infection. You should download Firefox web browser. Use that to visit http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ and run the online scan. If that doesn’t work, or even if it does go to http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html and download the Antivirus. Schedule a boot scan. When that is done I suggest u grab free copies of Spybot and Addaware and use the frequently. I am guessing you are using Internet Explorer, If so I suggest u ditch that steaming pile of crap and stick with Firefox.
