Windows Group Policy

Basically I need all the PCs to lock after a certain period of inactivity. Is it possible to do this using Group Policy? I dont want to set a passworded screen saver on everyones pc or though Group Policy.

sysinternals Regmon will help you two.

Also searching through the GPO objects to see if theres a template already there.
