Wind in attic

After getting my attic converted I've noticed that every time it's windy I can feel the wind in the attic. I've was looking at the point where the roof overhangs the house walls and can see a gap where the wind gets in. I can put insulation against the parts I can reach but can't access most of it.

Is this normal in an attic? I would have thought the intersection point between roof and wall would be sealed. What can be done to remedy this?

dunno about building regulations, but its the same in my attic - there a vent running the length of the eaves. Don't notice any serious draft in the attic room though.

You need ventilation in an Attic ..... without it heat build up and condensation can cause big problems ....

Whatever about ventilation I wouldn't expect to be able to feel the effect of gusts of wind. When it is strong that it can blow the doors in the partition wall open.

I'm worried that during the winter the temperature in the attic will be so low it will be unusable.

You should get someone who might know about it ,to have a look.
If an attic is done properly ,it should be the warmest room in the house ,during the winter months when the heating is on.

Can't see that being the case ,if yours is drafty:(

Are your sidewalls of the attic ,packed with fibreglass ??. Anytime I see kingspan used ,the room is nearly always cold.
