replacement atm card

After numerous withdrawals, my poor ATM card is scratched and worn out. I was wondering if the BOI replaces cards free of charge? As I live abroad and have most of my funds in this account, I am always afraid that one day the card won't work.

They will normally replace an old card free. Just tell them it's cracked on you.

in my experience they don't charge for replacements, however they normally post them to the branch nearest you, and will only post out to you from there at your request.
