You are playing a Deepstack tournament and you witness this hand..... Is there any hand you fold pre-flop

Blinds are 100 200 and player A raises to 800 in MP and has 12K approx,
Player B in the SB goes all in for 950,

action back to player B and he folds

Before I get the wtf comments, yes this actually happened and I witnessed it.

lol 13/1 with no more action - i think it would be correct to call with no cards and play the board - if they were friends i'd call the TD over!!

I'd possibly find a fold if he I knew he had my family held captive for ransom or something and before the tournament we had a conversation along the lines of the "I'm gonna kill yer da" thing in In the name of the father. Or if he had my testicles in some sort of vice under the table maybe but in general I'd usually find a call I think

I once seen a hand in the Fitz bubble tournie that went like this.

    Blinds were 300/600.

SB had 90% of the chips in play
BB (old Alex Ryan) had around 1000 including BB of 600.
    Button had 625/

Button goes all in for 625. SB calls, and Alex folds in the BB for 25 more getting 74/1 to see a flop. Can anyone else beat that? I think not.

    Blinds 3-6k.
Guy goes all in for 40k
2 callers, one has 500 left.
The other guy bets out on the flop, mr 500 folds. So hard not to laugh.

Last night in the Macau a hand went all the way to the river.
    He raises 3k.
I go all in for 3050.
    He mucks.
edit: only 61 to 1, so it doesn't beat your 74 to 1.

    I showed AA

    lol
I posted my answer in thread above but I'll post here aswell.

I was the player with the 350 chips and it was in the JP Deepstack game yesterday
I was down to 350 chips after a Kings V a very well played Aces situation.

I got my chips up to 950.

Then serial raise (very strange player anyway) raises to 800 (blinds are 200 400) and I ship it in with Qc6c. He dwells up and asks me "do you want to live" My immediate thought is "this dick has a monster hand and is a slow rolling muppet" I answer "eh Yeah" and he folds. I turned my cards over and just laughed.

Then I proceeded to explain that I didn't know the guy at all, we weren't related or anything to the rest of the table as I was getting weird looks. Worked my stack up to 5K over the next 2 orbits and then had a cunning plan with Jd8d, but I felt like I was on a freeroll.

Saw a guy with 700 fold a 600 bb in a pub tournament (yeah I know) and went all in with his sb of 100 next hand and was dealt AA and filed Quads with only one other caller, cue much laughing especially as he went out next hand with pocket Q's.

If it was on the bubble and all the average stacks were playing really tight so he was stealing a lot of blinds, then it would be best for him if the shorty stayed in. I've done that before, any other time its crazy.

I remember one of the GJP Drogheda games were a well known lady player, mid tourney, reraised a shorty's river bet leaving him less then a bb behind if he called, he said "**** it" and went all in. She folded explaining she didn't want to show her bluff which was kinda pointless given everyone the knew it was a bluff, but more then that she didnt want to show her hole cards.

    Perfectly understandable IMO

In the recent Green Poker Joker main event, Ianmc38 twice folded during the 25-50 level from the small blind after some players had limped, it a was 25 chip more for him to see the flop, and we started with a 15k stack.

The call would represent 0.0016 of his stack or 1/600th.

    I think it's a call. :D

    lol, cashaments player?!

You say that now, I bet you folded pocket Jacks cause 'you always lose with them'

Lol. Reminds me of the hand you had with Q rag and called a raise, cause "you never pass up the opportunity to hold a queen in your hand" :o

Reminds me of the time you checked behind on the river with the nuts because you wanted 'pot control'.

Surely she'd have been calling the extra BB, therefore the other guy would have to show his cards first, no? She could just muck and not say anything about it being a bluff.
