    Hi All,

Mods please move if in wrong place.

Looking to put a budget in place to get garden walls built on my demi-d, dublin area. Can anyone give me a guide as to what I can expect to pay. Have searched around the obvious sites but without any real success.

    3 walls (38ft detatched side/26ft attached side/13ft front wall & 2 pillars)
In my head I have come up with the following options
    • double brick on all 3 walls to match the house @Planning limit Height (1.2mtrs I think). Pillars in brick.
    • single brick with 2nd layer of block on the neighbours side and brick capping @Planning limit Heights for 2 walls and double brick on 13ft front wall. Pillars in brick.
    • single block with some sort of dry dashing on inside of all 3 walls with brick capping all round and brick on outside of front wall @Planning limit Height. Pillars in brick. (is there any point in using cavity blocks here to get the width I would like?)

Any info on a) whether to above makes any sense b) ideas on cost would be really really appreciated.

    Whitey
