I got a tent in aldo before, it was shower proof. It kept me safe for showers i guess, so long as they weren't turned on. Needless to say i got wet.

lol. It reminds me of a pair of shoes in bought in lidl a year or two ago. They used to leak whenever it rained as well, and were just plain uncomfortable. I used to wear them a bit on dry days the odd time, but then the inner lining on the sole came adrift and used to move out of position, leaving a hard edge underfoot. Funny thing is, I never threw them out, I keep thinking they may be ok if I was painting or something. Must throw them out now.

Check that again, it's probably 2,000mm. Continentals often use '.' instead of ',' as a digit separator.

The spec means that the material will withstand a two metre column on water without leaking, so you should be OK at ****** or wherever!
