Should I put in a value bet here? Not getting enough value out of my mediocre hands is a flaw in my game imo.
So, is this a definite bet or is a check ok?

i'd have bet a good bit more on the flop and turn but that's probably not important. i'd agree with lloyd here and assume the guys calling you down with exactly the same range he listed plus maybe even 88/J10/QJ depending on the player himself and how active you've been. have you seen him superslowplay anything during the tournament? would he really risk checking a backdoorflush potentially getting nothing out of a miracle. i'd bet 4000/5000 into a 6200 pot but since you bet 1/2 pot on turn the same again makes sense.

I'd be very surprised if you don't have the best hand here. I bet about half the pot for value and fold to a shove...
