advice on removing wax from Porcelain tiles

I have just had a kitchen tiled with porcelain tiles and they came with a wax coating to protect them when they are being transported , the problem is we cant remove the wax even treating them with the wax remover that was recommended by the store, has anyone had this problem and have you a recommendation as to what will…
