Hey i've just heard on the radio that the dodder has burst its banks. My grandmother lives in Orwell Gardens (Rathgar/Churchtown area) and im just wondering if that is the area being affected. Any idea what the river is looking like there at the moment?

    Cheers,

    Jules

Yup, it's been confirmed-sounds like it must've been torrential:

The floods were just on the news, only saw the last minute of it though, Rathfarnham was worst affected.
