Sky+ Hard Drive query

What size hard drive is being provided for Sky Plus. Is it 40 or 80 gb How many hours of content can be recorded onto the drive. If one was to manually upgrade to a higher spec drive does all the functionality that is available with the original drive work with a higher spec drive (assuming it is installed correctly).

The newest type sky + box (Version 3) has a 160gb drive of which you can record on 80gb.(40 HOURS) of tv. The other 80gb is reserved for Sky anytime, Skys On Demand (Sort of) service.

You can upgrade the harddrive. I strongly recommend reading the following;
