anyone else sick of the same old alternative DJ's that keep popping up in the "alternative" clubs in waterford all the fec*in time!
At one stage me and my mates could tell what tune was on next because they play the same old crap tunes every week. Looks like they will be at it again this saturday night.

    Lads,

I'd only LOVE to start my own night somewhere, playing a wide variety of all different genres' of music. Would anybody be interested or know how to go about it? No point in just giving out about what's currently on offer - let's actually DO something about it!

Would you Dj yourself or get someone else to do it?

Have a contact in the Bowery that's up for new ideas, if that's any good to you.

    Hi Fajitas!

I'd be more than happy & willing to dj myself & could recommend another lad too. PM me those details if you please & we can take it from there!

Could this be the answer to all those sucker dj's?

There is definitely an opening for an alternative club in Waterford targetting the 25+ crowd offering a little bit more class and comfort.

Nobody is going to bother turning up to a club that looks like it'll be gone in 2 months though! What is it with Waterford and businesses anway that open and shut in the space of a few months? Do the owners not realise that in most cases you need to cultivate the business? They seem to go in with two months rent and hope that whatever it is is an immediate hit.

Everything in Waterford tends to generic and temporary. We need people with ideas that are willing to see them through. We also need Waterford people patronising good establishements too of course.
