A couple of great homebrew games were released this week.

Lemmings DS is a complete port of Lemmings and Oh No! More Lemmings for the DS (it has all 220 levels, full music, sound effects). Superb port, and well worth a look. Hadn't played this for years, and got through the first 20 levels last night. Fantastic stuff...

Puzzle Maniak is a partial port of Simon Tatham's Portable Puzzle Collection, and already contains some great games. If it expands to include all of the latter's games, it will be a fantastic collection. The games included at the moment include Tents, Dominosa, Bridges, Mines, LightUp, Net, Untangle and Pattern. All are great for quick 5 minute games (on the easy skill levels!). Check Simon's site for screenshots. Simon's original games are standalone .EXE files (no installation) which are great for a quick fix on your desktop too!
