Im thinking of building a PC just to put under the TV, like those Windows media centre pcs. Where can I find a case like that? Looked on Komplett and found this:

Now can I remove those panels on the front of it and put in DVD drives and media card readers? And would that be compatible with this motherboard?

You mean something like the Antec Fusion mATX case, Komplett are out of stock but Elara & OcUK have them.

As for the coolermaster case yes you would be able to use that, the drop down face plate you should be able to remove and it uses standard mATX motherboards so that board will work. Though be aware the coolermaster case is meant for desktops and it's PSU fan could be a noisy one.
