Thinking of takeing a new approach to online poker which i have no doubts will be profitable if applied correctly!

When i used to sit down it was bascialy a hit and run job where i would sit down with the goal of cashing out with two or three times my buy in but now want to change my approach. I have set a number of poker related goals and my main one regards online is to earn a minimum monthly figure equal to that of my wage! I would be multi playing 1/2 and 2/4 cash games as i am comfortable at this level and tend to play Tight Agressive poker.

1.To achieve this goal i basically need to show a small profit from my play per session and avoid the possible pitfalls of moveing up to the higher levels:mad: , Sounds very simple but with good disipline i know i could be very succesfull with this approach.

2.With cakeback and maxing signup bonus's on afew different sites this can add to my bankroll.

    3. Would tend to buy in for max allowed (100tbb) as i feel i play very well behind a bigstack instead of just shiping in when i hit a marginal hand and buying back two or three times to brake even.

Would like to get some advise from guys grinding it out pt online and useing disiplined tecniques and tricks of the trade to show consistant monthly profits with a similar approach to the one i intend to use.

Appreciate any advice in advance;) .
Cant wait to get started with the challange.

get to grips with pokertracker and pahud..
ensure that you're adequately bankrolled for the level you're playing.. (20buyins is a decent number)
stick to your current limit until you are bankrolled for and can comfortably play higher..
while multitabling you will encounter many regs... take notes and study their play in pt.. they will often play various hands the same way and can easily be exploited..
table selection and your position at a table is important so chose wisely.. (go for large pots with high %/flop and look out for known fish.. this will perhaps involve joining the wait list but for the most part, it's worth it)
post hands that trouble you and discuss them with poker buddys or post them up.. reply to other hand history discussions and get involved.. read everything you possibly can about the game, 2+2 is a good place to start..
treat yourself to a decent monitor set-up for multitabling with your first winnings..
learn to control tilt and accept varience.. (probably the most difficult)
    have fun and good luck..

this is not a realistic expectation and will lead to chasing losses if you try to achieve it. you will not make a profit on every session - nobody does. a better plan is to play every session focussed and to the best of your ability, the results will come from this over the long term
2.With cakeback and maxing signup bonus's on afew different sites this can add to my bankroll.

lol. move to food & drink forum?

I like this idea of cakeback and will be looking into it immediately - any cakeback providers please PM me with sweet deals, no need to sugarcoat them...
