RSOV customer support number?

    hi lads,
    would anyone have a telephone no for your man Keith in Rsov. am waiting two weeks on my purchase and have been emailing him since last thursday for a tracking no. and have only gotten automated replies telling me to email again in 3 days if i havent got a response.

    Did you not get your tracking number with your order confirmation?

    They can be hit and miss responding to emails. I have pm'ed you a few more addresses you could try and you should get a response from them.

    My delivery took around 10 days to get over and never appeared on the An Post tracking site (still isn't there yet actually and it was delivered last week!!).

    no you see they sent the tracking no to the email to the address on the paypal which was misspelt so i didnt get it and by the time i noticed the mistake it was too late.
    i had emailed him on thur explaining the situation to him, i got an automated response and then on tue i got an email from someone else in the co. asking that the tracking no be sent on to the customer so i was either cc'd or this was sent to me in error.
    ill try the other address's tomorrow as ive emailed a fairly sharp letter to them already today and i dont really want to be hounding them too much when i may get the gun tomorrow, well thats the plan anyways.
