    Hi guys,

I wonder if this rings a bell with anyone as I've googled myself to death looking for info on this one.

There was a case reported in one of the Sunday newspapers about two months ago involving a contractor who successfully sued the state for full-employment rights after being contracted for just over five years by the department.

    Rings any bells with anyone?

    Thanks,

    DW.

It does ring a bell. I think there was something over the weekend about Health workers in the Galway/Mayo region.

    Can't remember much more.
