I have a fee shipping code which was accepted but don't know if it works or not FPP159-07

Some more info on these and Link here. The code should work.

From The Interpretation of Murder, a spectacular debut novel of corruption and murder to William Boyd's extraordinary tale of a female spy and Griff Rhys Jones's hilarious account of his suburban childhood, this year's Book Club offers eight of the most diverse, challenging and satisfying reads you will have the pleasure of encountering this year!

Cheers matey, just ordered the set.
I also noticed some good deals in the other fiction bundles.
I ended up ordering 2 other bundles but had to order the 3
seperately to get the free shipping code to work.
Anyone know how long they usually take to arrive?
That's me all set with my summer reading :)

The same happened to me. I called them and they said that they're out of stock and do not know if they can get any more.

Same here. Very annoying. The email didn't even say anything in it, just a 'Status Update' with no explanation, tucked away in the bottom right corner. A simple explanation would have been nice.

Yep same here too...just an email with a status update... no explanation given. Shame, was a great price for the set.

Sorry to hear you're disappointed with The Book People, although I've had excellent service from them. The books I ordered arrived well packed using An Post (not from their local distributor as I'd thought.) I ordered a lot of books, they were in pristine condition, one of a set of eight had a small water mark at the end. I mentioned it in an email to them and I got an apology and a €4 refund straight away, I was delighted considering the whole set was on special offer for €8. I wouldn't hesitate ordering from them again.

I got a note to say mine shipped but have not received this as yet

Updated status again, apparently they've shipped it now. Odd, but I'm not complaining.

As post above, mine arrived today. Sweet deal - now I just need
a sunny beach to lounge on for a spot of reading :)
    Cheers OP.

Yes received mine last Friday. Many thanks to the OP. A slight niggle is that two of the eight books might be described as a bit 'girly'...

Yes that is true...BUT sure if you were too only read three of the books it would still be a bargain and then you have presents for the girls in your life. Everyone is a winner!
