    I'd suggest thinking about a different asset class instead

    Not a good idea in ireland at the moment,going to be a lot of people with burned fingers methinks.

    I'd wait till the end of the year or mid 2008 to see the new goverment's policies and see what happnes to price decline story..(this is in Ireland)
