Wushu in Cork city?

    Hi does anyone know of any wushu/kung fu clubs in cork city for a beginner like myself? I saw the UCC wushu website but i believe that its only for ucc students

    As far as i know it's open to everyone, just cheaper or free to UCC students. There are 3 wushu/kung fu clubs in Cork that i know of.

    the club in douglas do wing chun/shaolin/wu shu and seven star praying mantis!!

    john o'riordan is the sifu, but there site seems to be down? it's st coloumbus scout hall in the main douglas village.

    if you come into douglas passing the shell garage and head towards the Y in the road take the left fork and the hall is about 100 yards or so on the right.

    the other kung fu school of mick o'meara trains in the Rock Steps hall on blarney street. tuesday and thursday 7pm to 8.30pm.
