    Dish might need a nudge...

How are your signal bars ?

Check this sticky and see which transponder the regional variation of BBC1 you are getting is on.

Chances are it's a diifferent one to BBC3, 4 Cbeebies which are all on 10773 Horizontal..
Different TPs have different signal strengths. Check dish alignment . Could also be cable probs.

It looks like it may be a vertical (13 volt - default)/horizontal (18 volt) switching problem. BBC1 (some regional variations) on V, while the others are on H.

    3 possibilites:
    - faulty LNB not responding to 18V
    - faulty receiver not outputting 18V
    - poor connection or water ingress on cable

As you seem to have ruled out the first 2, then try examining the cable and connections.
