Registering with SEVIS with no job

Okay, so I have to register with SEVIS by the 23rd, but I have no job yet. I can't imagine that I'll get one that easily in the next 5 days either. Does anyone know whether an employer is really necessary for registering? Surely not everyone gets employed within 20 days, so what do you do? Do they really terminate your…
