    After Many email to digiweb to explain this can someone please explain what this 30 day rolling cap is about. I have reached my 30gb cap.

    you're allowed 30Gb in the last 30 days.

    It's not a difficult concept, and probably the fairest method imo.

    It's not a monthly cap, just a rolling 30 days, allows you to control your usage.

    Lets say you download 30Gb today (Day 1), it will take another 29 days for you to come underneath your allowance (assuming you don't use it)
