    Hello there people..

This looks like the place to start my search so I hope you can help me,
I'm trying to locate an Airsoft pistol that is as close and accurate to a Glock model 19, I want this for training purposes, so in an ideal world it would be Blue or Red, to indicate that these are inert training aid's only and not live pistols. I am aware that many of the Airsoft models available are high quality and accurate in all of their details, so any assistance you may be able to provide will be greatly appreciated.

You have a sport ~ get out and enjoy it, and stay safe !

there's a few glocks around, the 17 and 18 seem to be the most popular, but you can get 19's aswell, such as this one

if you want it in blue or red, just get some paint and spray the slide tbh, krylon spray paint is commonly used for doing custom camo jobs, but not sure if it comes in bright colors

what kind of training do you want them for? if it's for weapon handling and such, then most gas pistols are very similar to the real deal, disassembling in the same way, if it's for firing and you need some civi's to train against, you'll have plenty of volunteers here ;)

If it is for training dont glocks have the saftey on the trigger?
This may be a problem because I dont think the airsoft glocks have this...

KSC is known to be the best airsoft glock manufacturer and is probably the company you should be going for. (They are also known as KWA)

some of the KWA versions which were designed with the American market in mind have had the trigger safety mechanism removed:

    That's bizarre.

The answer to that would be just make sure that you get the KSC one rather than the KWA export version.

I wouldnt worry about it it wasn't exactly what I woud classify as safe anyway. Its a little switch on the trigger that would get pulled in when you pull the trigger. Seems like a madness to put it there and call it a safety to me but then again Glock is designed to be drawn and fired as quickly as possible and a safety in a differant place might get in the way....

Not a pistol im fond of aesthetically or to shoot but each to their own.

Ah but Rew, it is but one of many safety features on the Glock, although it's probably the only one on the airsoft one!

LOL, you can try sell it to me some day on the range but I still think there junk :D

A couple of years ago I would toatally agree. However shoot practical and you will see it's merits. Mind you still reckon the grip is like a lego brick!

Having said that Rew, try mine next time your up.. it...has..changed...:D

(soon you will understand the power of the dark side):D :D

Just so we dont get fired out of here and back into shooting, anyone know if it's feasible to modify the trigger on the Airsoft G34?
