I downloaded a playable demo of Guitar Rig 2.0 for Mac and installed it yesterday. :D :D :D This is the single best piece of software I have ever, ever seen. I downloaded a playable demo of Guitar Rig 2.0 for Mac and installed it yesterday. This is the single best piece of software I have ever, ever seen. It's mentle the sounds you can get, from rock to electronica to orchestra all out of your guitar. Does anyone else have this?

Related question Does anyone use a USB or Firewire sound card? I would like to get one but I have little knowledge in this area.

head over to recording area for that q man, we can give you a lot more help over there! Guitar Rig is good but i prefer amplitube

There's an M-Audio external USB soundcard at the Apple shop for 150 euro. Been humming and hawing bout it for awhile!

I have a Toneport UX2 which is a great auld piece of kit, I'd recommend it!

Works on Mac afaik (at least I hope so, typing this on one which I'm intending to install Gearbox and Guitar Rig on)
