Roxio Creator: Problem with Updating.

    I have Roxio Creator on my DELL PC. It came pre-installed.

    When I go Help/Check for Updates...., it says that 'Currently another session of Update Service is running on your machine' and the only option I am presented with is to click 'Finish'.

    Where might this other update session be running on my machine? How can I access it and check for updates for Roxio?
