    Hi,

    Does anybody know if its possible to get yearlong working visas for the States? or a website which clearly explains the diffferent visa options?

    I can head you in the right direction but this will only work if you just recently finished university. Go to your campus careers office and ask about training in the US for a year. The visa you'll get is a J-1 visa for training, but a company will have to sponsor you, you just don't get one. It's not quite as easy as it is for getting a year visa to Australia.
