    Hero is Utg playing 850
    Villain is SB playing 900

Villain is a good LAG player.

I make it 20 to go utg with QQ. One MP caller
    SB calls.

    Flop is Jd 9d 8x

Villain checks, I bet 50, MP folds, SB calls

    Turn 5x

Villain checks, i bet 125, Villain asks how much im playing and then makes it 300???????? I called

    River 5x

    Villain bets out 400??????

Villain probably knows you well. You can be a bit bluffy is the board pairing possible good for you?Could he be semi bluffing on turn with pair flush draw combo? Is said villain capable of making moves? if hes agood lag he is .I make acrying call and hope he was at it or the second five counterfited him.Did you have a plan for the river when u call his raise on the turn?I reverse my thinking from the two times i play with you were willing to make big calls with mediocre holdings dunno whether its gutsy or loose play however if villain knows this and knows your game its afold. whether on the turn or river i dont know.

What sort of hands has he shown down? 7,6 or 10,7 are possible, then again he could have a busted draw, that big river bet smells of a bluff. I'd probably call and then worry about what he has.

Mark im of the same opinion as sickpuppy and lloyd here, from the last time i played with you i noticed that you were playing very LAG and if this dude knows you at all im sure he has you crushed here.....

after reading your OP again a sick taught has crossed my mind - villain doesn't have A5d here does he......??? that would be so sick...

id check the turn also, id take the free card and control the pot size and re-evaluate on the river. as played i fold.

also its not a big bet on the river, its 400 into a 765 pot
