Hi all, I used to train in TKD until work took over and i was wondering if anyone knew where i could get some info on the patterns so i can re-teach myself. I made it to Black tip which is Hwa-Rang.

    Any help is appreciated.

I found this site: http://www.tkdbalbriggan.com/training/patterns.php. You can also watch and discuss all the patterns too: http://www.tkdbalbriggan.com/index.php/info/patterns. Quite useful indeed!

Interesting videos there. I thought TKDI were with the ITF? Hence doing sine wave etc etc.

    I might be wrong though!

once you pay for the itf cert it doesnt matter what style you do. certs and licenses get you into competitions

There is actually a requirement for ITF members to be practicing ITF Taekwon-Do, I realise your statement is probably true for some clubs. It probably boils down to the integrity of the club whether you intend on actually practicing the system you sign up to.

I know alot of the TKDI guys from the tournament circuit and they all do sine wave and all the ITF bits and pieces AND they are very good at it. Maybe the video is an old one.

Not that it means a whole pile anyway.
