Itunes problem...help needed!!

    Hello all,

    In the past few days i have had a problem with my itunes. Itunes wont open and its says: 'Itunes has encountered a problem and needs to close.' I have attached a pic of it.
    I have tried all i can think of to fix it but it still wont open.
    I have installed the latest itunes and reinstalled quicktime.

    Someone please help me to solve this problem.

    Why didn't you just take a screenshot of it instead of photographing the screen? You can't read the text of that error properly.

    Have you tried reinstalling iTunes at any point?

    Yes i have reinstalled it and still it wont open.I dont know how to take a screenshoot of it. I have already said what the upper part of the box is saying and the lower part is just asking do i want to send an error report, which i have.

    Any idea?

    I had a prob with itunes, email itunes, they are always happy to help, I had a very similar problem, it was because I installed new software that affected it and caused it to crash or something, I had a reply the next day and it was fixed in a minute or two!

    To take a screenshot press Print Scrn on your keyboard. Go into Paint and press Ctrl+v.

    darragh-k - what address did you e-mail? i cant find it on the itunes site.
