Ok so theres this girl i work with that i like, im 26 and shes 22, i have strong feelings for her but im worried if i tell her how i feel i might freak her out and make working together quite difficult as im no Brad Pitt, Should i tell her how i feel or forget about it and try my best to move on?

Do you have to straight out tell her how you feel? (If a colleague walked up to me out of the blue and told me he loved me, Id freak out, hell yes :D ) Couldnt you start a little more casually and ask her out?

Invite her for a sandwich at lunch time. Chat with her and see how you get on. If that goes well, invite her for a drink or a movie some weekend / after work.
