    Hi all,

I'm having a fairly major 5th generation iPod (30GB with video) problem at the minute. Have tried every avenue to restore the iPod, then when that failed, to format it through Windows, all to no avail, so I have decided that rather than prick around with it myself for another three hours, I'm going to get someone else to do it.

So how do I go about sending this back to Apple, or are there any shops in the Galway/Limerick area that anyone might know of where they might be able to help me out? The iPod is still under the one-year warranty so that should be ok.

    Thanks for your help
