IP Addresses

    Dunno if this is quite the right place for it but seems as good as any...
    Can a person track your locastion from your IP address or are they just talking bull? And if you use a number of differnt connection points, ie wireless so you're going online in differnent places do you have differnt IP addresses?

    you can work out general location based on your ip address at any one time, eg, dublin, ireland, and if you are the cops you can ask the internet service providers for the exact person using an ip address at any one time.
    you will get different ip address from the isp even from the exact same location, but all are traceable.
