Recommend IDE Hard drive > USb adapter?

Kind of getting fed up using my old GateWay P700 for downloading and hard drive swapping. It has served me well as a uTorrent/second machine but I am over run with laptops etc and it is time to send it to PC grave yard. At 1600+ Punts at the time it was hard to let go
I was wondering if anyone uses any USB type devices to connect old IDE hard drives to their PC via USB or the likes?
