Looking for Medical Advice

Is nobody else getting annoyed at the irritation of users posting threads which are quite interesting to discuss, but because they ask for medical advice, cannot be left open.
I completely understand the rationale for the moderators doing so. Its the users who fail to read the forum charter before posting who are at fault.
Can it not be made more obvious to would be posters that only general medical/biological queries and discussions will be entertained. I am sick of reading a good post, which raises a very interesting point only to find it wrought with someones medical history and the ending remark of "what should i do?" etc....

    Maybe i'm just easily irritated.
