ok so i dont know where to post this but ok here i go
Im going to travel in 2 weeks from today but ive no passport i sent the application and all by passport express and 10 working days happens to be the day before the flight. Now normally for most that aint a problem but for me im a bit em nervous because it might get rejected (i kinda messed up the photos a bit they're a bit em crookedly cut  ) and i will lose my 500 euro ticket :(
Now i know i got 2 weeks and all but i dunno what i should do?
Should i ask them if the application looks alright and everything needed is there and stuff on the phone(crazy i know :o )
Or should i just go myself to the office and pay the urgent processing fee and get it done early (The moneys not a problem its just getting there so i'd rather not)
    what do you think?
Or if you got some other suggestion go ahead

Only way you'll know that is by going in, or at least ringing them to begin with. Looking for people here to hold your hand ain't gonna help you much I'm afraid. TBH, I think it was foolish in the extreme to send in the regular application in the first place, but that can't be helped now. But stop relying on people here to tell you what to do - I doubt anyone here can give you a definitive answer anyway - and just get your finger out and do it!

Call in to the passport office. Explain your case, they will process it 24-48hrs and ask them can you call back and pick them up.

I did it last year. No problems
