Stunning - really lovely tones, best I have seen on here in ages. Excellent processing too.

Really? I think, on the surface it's lovely (exposure, velvety texture), but for me it lacks interest and is very clichéed. Nothing CONMIKE has done wrong, lots of people like this stuff, but I don't understand why. It's not for me.

I prefer the blue version Conor. Just my personal colour tastes. This colour doesn't appeal to me/ Maybe you could post the blue on for comparison? The blue version is classic. It is in it's original colours I think.

That's the beauty of photography - one man's meat, and all that.

Yeah, couldn't agree more Dilbert, thats whats so cool about it. Anyway, here's the blue photograph, especially for Danny :) . They are actually different shots taken from slightly different angles, not the same shot cropped, then processed differently. Don't really know which one I like best , but I suppose I'd lean more towrds the bluey.

:) Personally I feel theres more movement in this shot ,which is what makes it so special ,for me.

maybe i also prefer the blue - what was the shutter speed on these ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,724 ✭✭✭Dilbert75

Now you see you've just gone and given me a problem: that blue one is fabulous too. The lights suggest signs of life, the reflection on and tranquility of the water are superb. Its the equal of the "golden" one, but in a different way.
