Im a heatly smart 16 year old. but Im sorta freaked out here...

Im circumcised (atleast I thought I was) BUT only recently I became curious to what other circumcised penis's looked like because I always thought mine was weird then I said "Oh wait I circumcised" so I thought..

I only found out like 3 days ago circumcised penis's have a head.. And mine doesnt..

Its like straigh and then dips down and a "big hole"**

But I dont know whats up.. It doesnt seem normal either! only 5 inches and not really thick..

Like every other part of your body, everyone has differently shaped hands, legs, arse's, and dicks. If you're worried about it, talk to your parents, or a doctor.

Don't talk to a "friend" about it, as they'll only guess, and may fill your head with stupid made-up stories.

Also, by "average dicks", I take it you mean porno's. In porno's, guy's have 12 inch long dicks, etc. The average is 6. Also, you may have not stopped growing yet.

Seriously, you cant. Everyone is different. especially bodily parts like the penis. No two are the same. They come in all different sizes & shapes. whats "normal" to one person is possibly shockingly different to another.

like the_syco said, male porn stars are chosen because of their 12" dick, as it looks good in a film. This wouldnt be normal size for the male penis. The "average" is 6" as stated. And just because you're not 6" either, it doesnt mean you're hideously deformed or something of the like. I take it you've heard "its not the size its what you can do with it" - to an extent this is true (depends if the female is shallow or not..)

like said - if you're really worried - ask your parents, or a doctor. your friends WILL tell you complete utter bull**** about 80% of the time. the other 20% is half truth with guesses. Also im not really sure how they might react to questions about your penis... being that age and all.. GP or parents.

What gave you the idea that you were circumcised in the first place?

It sounds like you got a normal un circumcised willy to me. You're not seeing the head simply because it's covered by the foreskin. The "hole" is the opening of the foreskin. That's what I get from your description anyway.

What's normal? For a start if you're looking at pornos, the men are probably going to be Americans and they circumcise 90% of their men.

I wouldn't worry anyway, but if you are look up non porn sites online and if you're still not satisfied maybe talk to someone. I know others have mentioned GP's. That sounds great, but if you're anything like me your willy would damn near have to be on fire before you would go to a GP, especially at 16. Stupid, I know. Seriously though if you are worried go anyway, it'll put your mind at rest.

And don't worry about the size either. The porno types measurements are exagerated for obvious reasons and 90% of women will tell you that the ideal penis size is the size of the man they fancy.

OP, they come in many shapes and sizes - some look like mushrooms, while others look like cones. And in fact most studies that involved medical staff doing the measuring found that the average is between 5" and 6" whereas surveys that allow a chap to report his own measurements usually average 6" to 7". Guys like to add an inch - who woulda thunk it?!

The OP may well indeed have been "circumcised" yet still have a foreskin.

Those of a delicate disposition look away now...


From bitter experience I am aware of a circumcision procedure whereby the doc inserts a metal rod similar to a swizzle-stick between the skin & the shaft. The rod is then run around the shaft to separate the skin from the shaft. Usually done if there is an infection of some sort. This results in one being able to pull back one's foreskin to the base of the penis, thus allowing the infection to be exposed & then treated.

No skin is removed or cut away, and over time the skin re-attaches itself to the shaft. Therefore, while the OP has been circumcised his penis now looks like it has not.



iwannarock - It is no big deal. Sounds like you've got a normal one just like the rest of us. Be nice to it & it'll be nice to you.

If you are still concerned - go see you doc or have a chat with your Dad/Big Brother.
