{Req} Multimedia HDD

Im looking for a multimedia Hard Disk Drive, one that will play all the avi's Divx, Xvid, etc on a tv.

I know some of ye got an Argosy Media HDD but there arent many around on the net.
Can anybody point me to the right place for a 320Gb one? Cheap is cheerful!

£116.49 (incl VAT) + £17.50 delivery = just a shade under €199. Not too shabby for 500GB...

Here's an alternative for the enclosure alone @€;78.18 incl. delivery (admittedly it doesn't have card reader slots). I bought a 2.5" enclosure off this crowd for $31 a few weeks ago, but they seem to have replaced the one I got with a slightly dearer model (€42, but with SD slot). Delivery was pretty quick; about a week. Then got a 120GB laptop drive for another £30 on eBay. OK, it's not going to hold everything, but it fits in a shirt pocket...:)

They also sell from their site and have various sizes available (including one that records as well) http://www.envizage.com/
Bought from them (and SVP) before with no issues.

Keep an eye on www.ibood.com as they seem to come up from time to time. I bought the Argosy 320gb one last month (about eur125 incl postage) and it works great.

Does anyone know of a multimedia HDD that I can connect other external hard drives to and play movies from? I have a few external drives full of stuff and its a pain having to either hook-up them up to the laptop or copy to a multimedia HDD to watch them on the TV.

I bought one of these in Maplins for €60 and then put in a spare 300gb harddrive I had around!

You may be able to pick up a cheap harddrive off adverts!
