I have some movies that are split in two, how can i get MyMovies to either see it as one file or play them back to back?

Don't know if you can My Movies only plays single files though I wouldn't be surprised if the means to do what you want is buried somewhere in the program.

Best thing to do is ask over on there own forums or join the file into one movie or re-encode it to a single file.

Cheers 8T8, I was going to join them in the first place but was just wondering as well about playing back to back for things like TV series........I will look into it!

Can you recommend a good free AVI joiner?

AVI-Mux will do the job. Just past the download section is an online manual with a section that covers joining AVI's.

I use My Movies and have plenty of movies that are split in 2. The movies would be named "MovieName 1" & "MovieName 2". My Movies would automatically start playing the second avi file once the first was complete. No need to set anything up. I have the folder name stored in the database just like any movie. Now this was with the older version of My Movies, only upgraded last month to the new version and haven't checked this out but I can't imagine it's changed!

8T8, that prog worked a treat, thanks for that.

Does anyone know of a good 3rd party app that works like MyMovies for music in MC?
