    The transfer for my order went through (left my account) on June 5th and I still haven't seen any progress on it. They haven't replied to a couple of e-mails now and I can't get through on the number listed on the site (00 49 1805 711117). I have a feeling this may be some kind of lo-call number which can't be reached from Ireland.
    I'm almost certain that someone here mentioned talking to them on the phone before. Is there any other number I can try?
    I know it takes a while to get things done with them but most people seem to at least have had their order in transit at this stage.

    Have they updated the status of the order on the site? They very slow at replying to emails.

    I already had to e-mail them not to cancel the order about a week ago
