I was thinking about going down to killarney with the two kids in july and staying in the apartments at the quality resort or the gleneagles. Has anybody any experience staying at these two places???Which would be best for the kids?Food?The apartments?Entertainment?..etc.

Have stayed at Quality Resort about 6 or 7 times in last 3 years. Great for kids of all ages from toddlers right up. The bar food is good price - better than resturant - and they do kids menu and (free) baby bowls.
Beware, in July it will be manic (as with all others places in Killarney). Queues for bar, resturant, etc. The pool is geeat, with 3 sections for babies, small kids and a big pool.
