Can someone please advise me asap?

I put up two items on Ebay and they were auctioned off for very low money.

I had advertised a buy it now price and i thought that would mean that if the buy it now price was not met then the auction would not finalise.

So anyway i have two people now who paid my paypal A/C and are waiting for their purchases.

Have i any right to say no to the buyers and say i refuse to let them go for such low prices?

A Buy It Now price is not a reserve price. You are legally obliged to go through with the sale.

Yup, you'll have to proceed with the sale now. You should've set a reserve price if you didn't want the item to be sold below that threshold.

Hi , As the others have said you do have to go through with the sale.A lot of sellers do get caught out between buy it now and reserve.I sell over 200 items a week on ebay and i have been selling for over 3 years.I have noticed that since Ebay took away the visability from ebay.com the auctions have really fell back on price. What i mean is , 6 months ago if you listed on ebay.uk it was seen by anyone who logged into ebay.com.This is no longer the case as Ebay says there were too many uk items showing up on the american site. They didnt bother removing the .com crap from the uk site but thats another matter. If you want a price for a certain item wait until a cheap listing day ( which is about once a fortnight ) and then list it at what you need for it.I have nearly stopped doing auctions all together as they are a waste of time but i have to run so many so that buyers sees them and it attracts them into my shop.

Lol if you dont want to let it go for that price, just refund them and dont post anything, sure you will get negative feedback but if that means saving a few € thats grand.
And simply start up another ebay account if nessasary.
