Just wondering has anybody used this crowd? Currently beginning the process of a build, land changeover from farmer to myself as we speak.

    http://www.tfhomes.co.uk/

Their prices seem reasonable (pdf of plans & prices on r.h.s. of brochure page, VAT extra) and include plenty i.e. plasterslab/insulation/stairs/doors etc. compared to Century, IJM etc.
Just wondering if anyone knows of them, they're based between Newry & Armagh and their price includes for anywhere in Ireland (I'll be building just south of the border).

I have used them on several occasions. No probs at all. Good quality stuff, and as you say they are not scabby with the supply of plaster, insulation etc.

    Pataman,
SEVEN times, I take you are a builder, or else you like to move a hell of a lot ;)

I was thinking of going with my own design, have you used their standard designs or did you go for different, just wondering.

Components like the stairs/ insulation type. Would you say it was decent enough quality. i.e. no need for me to go to Kingspan & be robbed blind.

Thanks for your replies, very helpful :)

Try to get them to put the OSB on the inside of the frames as its a better detail.

Each time it was our design, we went with. They were the cheapest at the time, in relation to quality and service. One point to note they generally dont leave the truck on site, unload and go. TFM put the osb on the structural panels. I am currently living in one of their houses and I find it warm, no probs. Good quality insulation.
