A week shy of the longest day of the year we pay homage to all things sunkissed and blissed with an exploration of magical brazilian psych and samba rock dancefloor tunes as GREG CAZ makes his Irish debut. Having rocked it week in week out for the last five years in New York City, he is cited as responsible for helping take the Baile Funk sound outta the favellas and into the clubs of New York/Europe. For a pure out there experience this is not to be missed.

Also playing on the night are rising party boy monsters Super Extra Bonus Party who have just released an album to considerable acclaim and THE 202's.

    GREG CAZ (Mr Bongo/BMUSIC, NYC)
As part of 'Brazilian Beat Brooklyn' Mr. Greg Caz can be found every Sunday night at New York's 'Black Bettys' Bar ,where he stirs the cream of obscure Brazilian Funk -Rock and Tropicalia into a delectible and diverse dancefloor mix. His legendary Baille Funk mixtapes and a recent compilation for Soul Jazz records has provided Greg with a constantly mutating audience allowing him to expose his south american psych obsession and his closet Todd Rungdren penchant to a Global audience.

    SUPER EXTRA BONUS PARTY
"Probably the most inventive Irish album this decade. Brimming with energy and exoticness." - Sunday Tribune

"Super Extra Bonus Party kick out the jams with a barrage of magnificent sounds and shapes... There's clattering electro, hypnotic indie-pop drones, a bit of dreamy ambience, a belt of dirty hip hop rudeboyisms, and moments where all of the above appear to come perfectly together in one very deep and wide soundclash." - Irish Times

"Contender for Iish album of the year? You betcha... one of the most diverse and eclectic Irish albums of recent memory.. an ambitious album which takes in jump-up electronica, indie-pop belters, hip hop workouts with dabbles of ambient and heavier rock sounds." - Nialler9.com
