Buzzing noise from machine...

My machine makes a strange buzzing sound when its on, it's not the psu as it happened in my old build as well, I assumed something was wrong so I rebuilt it in a new case with a new psu but the buzzing sound is still there. Strangely, if I just touch the side of the case with my hand the buzzing stops straight away and all is quiet. Soon as I take it off, it comes back...

    Any ideas?

edit: Actually just realised its the dvd drive. Any ideas what would be causing this?

Thats called "vibration" It is caused by your fans and hdds. To stop it use rubber fan mounts, and anti vibration hdd mounts. I used to have this the whole time and it wrecked my head.
