    Anyone buying gear from them? I ordered €300 worth of stuff a few weeks back and when it didn't turn up I mailed them a couple of times to see what was happening;
    Order shipped on the 25th may, we do have problems sending to Ireland. I
    have faxed our carriers to check delivery status.

    last reply I got was -
    Hi
    Still not advised call this number Main Freight 0035318080920 they handle
    the shipping in Ireland

    Is this piss poor customer service or am I just being picky? Is it my responsibility to chase this delivery? :mad:

    no, very bad cs. id start talking about looking for a refund and let them chase up their couriers.

    thats not your job, you are the customer.

    It might not be great customer service but I would have thought it worth trying a call anyway. It might just get you the products you want without much hassle.

    You can always review them when done :D

    (I googled the phone number under pages from Ireland...)

    Edited:

    Most non-irish courier companies won't get involved once they've handed it over to the local agent (in my experience). Its debatable that they should be allowed to do that but they seem to have no way of tracking it etc. Last time this happened to me, the local agent eventually found the package under his desk... He seemed surprised!

    Address: Unit 1 The Helicentre, Airport Bus Pk, Dublin Airport, Co. Dublin

    Ah, delivered by helicopter! Nowhere to land here, that could be the source of the delay ;)

    On a related note I bought parts recently that were sent two weeks ago today and as the haven't surfaced yet
    I got the tracking number and rang Parcelfarce this morning, the parcel had only made it to Preston depot yesterday evening.

    A grand journey of 28 odd miles -
