Right so. I need to buy a dremel and a soldering Iron, with one of those things for desoldering, suitable for small electronics and PCB work.

    I've 100 euro.

Will I be able to get anything remotely decent? If so, where should I get it and what should I buy

try maplin? should be able to get something for that price.

rs or farnell for proper equipment but they are expensive.
You would be looking at closer to 200 from either of them I'd say.

Get a plugged iron with adjustable temp, not a gas one or one of the
    'touch and heat up' ones.
don't use a solder sucker they are not really suitable for
modern day electronics. get some solder braid instead.

Could I get a plug in one with adjustable temp for like... 60 euro say? How much would a dremel run me then?

Couldn't say how good in quality these are but this is what i
    would get for 100:

eg this dremel type thing for 30 sterling:

    they have cheaper ones too.

and this solder station for 30 sterling also:
