I got a Touch last Friday - lovely little device. Everyone I've shown it to is highly impressed at its size/style. Most people prefer it to the Prada!

The actual touch interface is also nice.

    Cheers

I'm in the market currently for a phone of this ilk but The Register's review put me off the Touch phone:

    http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2007/06/11/review_htc_touch_smart_phone/

In particular, the interface sounds rushed being just a facade to the underneath regular WinMobile OS, the fact that the camera is so poor with images containing artefacts and the inconsistency of the WiFi deployment all added up to me turning attention elsewhere.

EDIT: Just came across a second review by PCMag which isn't really very complimentary either (though I am impressed to read the generous enough battery life):

I saw the reg review and thought it was very harsh. The touch interface is just a layer on top of the very complete Windows Mobile 6 system and doesn't pretend to be any more. It provides shortcuts to frequently used features but can be totally ignored if you don't like it and you just use it as a very capable Win Mobile device.

The comments in the review about it getting smudged are absurd given Apple's record with the iPod and how smudged it gets. A quick rub of the phone on your sleeve and it's all good as new - it smudges less than my Prada phone for starters.

Granted the camera isn't a stong point though battery life is fine as long as you don't over-use WiFi. The WiFi on mine works fine (as it does on all my HTC devices - the TyTn, Advantage and P3300).
